AMLA (aka AMALAKI): The one and only superfood that is all for one and ONE FOR ALL
If you ask me what is that one superhero superfood that can solve all my wellness and beauty concerns, I would point you to THE ONE, THE ONLY: AMALAKI. No wonder the ancient Indian sages referred to it as the FRUIT OF HEAVEN.
AMALAKI (more commonly known as Indian Gooseberry or Amla) is a fruit that is pure magic. And if you try it, you’ll be just as big a believer as I am. I know what you’re thinking, what exactly is so great about this one fruit? And what all can it do? Well, that’s what I am here for!
I know this is hard to believe, I was in the same awe thinking about all the things this ONE fruit can do. But it has lived up to all its SUPERFOOD hype! Few of the most important benefits to me are:
