What is Tongue Scraping?

Tongue scraping is a daily Ayurvedic practice where you use a U-shaped tool made of copper or stainless steel to remove toxin and bacterial buildup that occurs as your body goes through a cleansing process each night.

How do you practice Tongue Scraping?

While standing in front of a mirror, stick your tongue out. Using the U-shaped tool, gently scrape your tongue with back and forth strokes until the white coating is removed.

What are the benefits of Tongue Scraping?
