Earthing. Grounding. Walking Barefoot.

Want to reduce stress, increase longevity, sleep better?

Ditch your shoes and try walking barefoot on grass few times a week for a few minutes. This is also known as earthing or grounding. Walking barefoot stimulates nerve endings under our feet that are connected to every organ in our body.

According to Ayurveda, our body and everything around us is made up of five elements- space, air, fire, water, and earth. Walking, barefoot, connects us directly to the earth, and its magnetic field and this elemental symphony has incredible health benefits.

My favorite time to walk barefoot is the sunrise on dew covered grass.
